Platter By Inspire Terms and Privacy
Please read these terms and conditions carefully before using our platter app developed and maintain by Inspire Software Co. This App Agreement (“Agreement”) is between the licensee printed below (“Licensee”) and Inspire Software Co. TM.
Your access to and use of the service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these terms. These terms apply to all users, users and others who access or use the service.
Termination of Service / Termination Clause:
1. Usage of service
- Inspire holds rights to terminate service of user if user is found to be using service in an inappropriate or unethical manner.
- Compliance with Indian IT Act
- Unauthorised access to software or database or network or server or any commodity that can hold data or is a property of Inspire Software Co.
- You acknowledge and agreed that if Inspire Software Co. disables access to your account, you may be prevented from accessing the services, your account details or any files or any other content which is contained in your account.
- In order to access our Services, you may be required to provide information about yourself (such as identification or contact details) as part of the registration process for the Service, or as part of your continued use of the Services. You agree that any registration information you give to Inspire Software Co. will always be accurate, correct and up to date.
- You agree that you will not engage in any activity that interferes with or disrupts the Services (or the servers and networks which are connected to the Services).
- You agree that you will not reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, trade or resell the Services for any purpose.
- You agree and understand that you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of passwords associated with the account you use to access the Services.
- You agree that you will be solely responsible to Inspire Software Co for all activities that occur under your account.
- However, we do not guarantee that the Services or the Mobile Application will be free of faults, and we do not accept liability for any such faults, errors or omissions. In the event of any such error, fault or omission, you should report it by contacting us at (Office Mobile No). However, we will try to provide best services for you.
- Due to low internet connectivity or network failure, your use of the services or the Mobile Application may be interrupted. We strive our best to allow uninterrupted access to the services and the mobile application.
2. Privacy Policy
- We highly respect user privacy and will never sell user data. Even if we are going to host ad services, the programming logic will be processed locally and user identifiable information or any user data will never be directly submitted to anyone outside of Inspire Software Co.
- As part of the normal operation of our Services and enhancement and future reference, we collect and store information about users in form of Registration, email exchange and any data user sends to the servers for communication purpose like attachment in emails or any app for customer service we develop and sometimes, log file of Mobile Application submitted upon unexpected behaviour of Mobile Application.
- Accordingly, we have developed this Privacy Policy in order for you to understand how we collect, use, communicate and disclose and make use of your personal information when you use the Services on the Mobile Application:-
- We will collect and use of personal information solely with the objective of fulfilling those purposes specified by us and for other compatible purposes, unless we obtain the consent of the individual concerned or as required by law.

- We will protect personal information by reasonable security safeguards against loss or theft, as well as unauthorised access, disclosure, copying, use or modification.

- Additional charges taken by banks will be chargeable in case of any online transaction
3. Refund Policy
- Amount is refunded within 5-7 working days and credit the amount to the customer's bank account.
